For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Dorchester, Inland Worcester, Coastal Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the High Wind Warning, until 9 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
