...PATCHES OF BLACK ICE AND SLIPPERY TRAVEL ON UNTREATED ROADS THROUGH MONDAY MORNING... Gusty west northwest winds combined with temperatures falling into the single digits and teens will allow for patches of black ice to develop overnight and Monday morning. Untreated roads and walkways might be slippery. Motorists should drive with extra caution early this morning as roads that look wet may be icy.
