For the Gale Watch, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 4 to 6 feet possible. * WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode Island coastal waters. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Sunday.
