kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet. For the second
Gale Warning, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40
kt and seas 3 to 5 feet expected.

* WHERE...Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, Vineyard Sound and
Buzzards Bay.

* WHEN...For the first Gale Warning, until 7 PM EDT this
evening. For the second Gale Warning, from 11 AM to 11 PM EDT
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
