For the Gale Warning, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and waves around 3 feet expected. * WHERE...Narragansett Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Friday to 8 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
