fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Excessive runoff will cause street flooding and rapid
rises on streams and creeks in the warned area.
Urbanized street flooding is likely in Fall River and
New Bedford.
