For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 15 expected. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
