For the second Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30kt and seas 5-7ft for outer Gulf waters expected. * WHERE...All of the tidal lakes, sounds, and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon CST Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM Monday to 3 PM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
