* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM CST Tuesday.
For the Low Water Advisory, from 3 AM to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.
