For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Waves of 3 to 5 feet in the tidal lakes and sounds and seas 5 to 8 ft in the open Gulf waters expected. * WHERE...All of the tidal lakes, sounds, and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Saturday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM Saturday to midnight CST Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft Saturday night through Sunday evening. Low visibility will make navigation difficult tonight into tomorrow morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog signals.
