* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins along the bayou with
a few structures right along the bayou threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 18.0 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes,
Allen, Beauregard, East Cameron, Evangeline, Lafayette, Lower
Iberia, Lower St. Martin, Lower St. Mary, Lower Vermilion,
Northern Acadia, Northern Calcasieu, Northern Jefferson Davis,
Southern Acadia, Southern Calcasieu, Southern Jefferson Davis, St.
Landry, Upper Iberia, Upper St. Martin, Upper St. Mary, Upper
Vermilion and West Cameron and southeast Texas, including the
following areas, Lower Jefferson, Northern Orange, Southern
Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern Orange and Upper Jefferson.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

St. Landry. In south central Louisiana, Iberia, Lafayette and St.
Martin. In southwest Louisiana, Acadia, Calcasieu, Jefferson Davis
and Vermilion.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 657 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing due to 3 and 8 inches of
rain. Additional flash flood warnings may be needed if
heavier rains move back into the area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lafayette, New Iberia, Opelousas, Crowley, Eunice, Jennings,
Scott, Breaux Bridge, Rayne, Carencro, St. Martinville,

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes,
Acadia, Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Evangeline, Jefferson Davis
and St. Landry and southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Jasper and Newton.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 357 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing across the warned area
after between 4 and 9 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
De Ridder, Eunice, Oakdale, Ville Platte, Mamou, Kinder,
Kirbyville, Basile, Oberlin, Elton, Merryville, Elizabeth,
Turkey Creek, Reeves, Dry Creek, Mittie, Sugartown, Ragley,
Singer and De Quincy.
