Waves of 5 to 7 feet in the sounds and tidal lakes and seas of 8 to 15 ft in the open Gulf waters. * WHERE...All of the sounds, tidal lakes, and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible hazardous conditions.
