* WHERE...The Flood Watch includes the Kentucky counties of Estill,
Menifee, Powell, Johnson, Martin, Rockcastle, Breathitt, Clay,
Floyd, Jackson, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Morgan,
Owsley, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One or more rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected
through this evening. Where thunderstorms are most persistent,
flash flooding could result.
