* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The Flood Watch includes the Kentucky counties of Estill,
Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne, Whitley, Bell,
Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie,
Letcher, Magoffin, Owsley, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe.

* WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from persistent thunderstorms may
result in localized flooding of creeks, streams, and other low
lying and flood prone locations.
