...POTENTIAL FOR DENSE FREEZING FOG AND BLACK ICE EARLY THIS MORNING... Patchy dense fog is forming early this morning with area temperatures ranging in the upper 20s and low 30s. This is creating potential for freezing fog, and may pose a hazard to travel early this morning. Slick spots in the form of black ice may form in locations where the fog is particularly dense, or where snow has melted and re-frozen. Use caution if out and about, especially in foggy conditions.
