...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Frost is expected to develop in valleys and other low lying
areas as temperatures in these locations bottom out in the low to
mid 30s. Ridgetop and more open terrain locations are not expected
to have frost as lows there only reach the upper 30s to low 40s.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive vegetation, and plants may be
damaged or killed if not protected.
