At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles north of Lancaster, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Richmond, Mccreary, Round Hill, Caleast, Silver Creek, Peytontown, Paint Lick, Ruthton, Buggytown, and Nina. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
