BALLARD...SOUTHWESTERN MCCRACKEN...NORTHWESTERN GRAVES AND
NORTHEASTERN MISSISSIPPI COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM CDT...

At 1251 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
over Wickliffe, moving east at 20 mph. Another storm storm was
located southeast of Blandville in northeastern Carlisle County.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wickliffe, Lovelaceville, Lowes, and Blandville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following
areas, Alexander, Jackson, Massac, Pulaski and Union, western
Kentucky, including the following areas, Ballard, Carlisle,
Graves, Hickman and McCracken, and southeast Missouri, including
the following area, Perry MO.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving storms capable of intense rainfall rates could
lead to isolated areas of Flash Flooding today.
