The wind will diminish this evening. * WHERE...The Wind Advisory is for portions of east central, south central, and southeast Kentucky. * WHEN...The Wind Advisory is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...The gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
