* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1
south of the junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 11.9 feet late this
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
