In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren. * WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this afternoon through tonight due to training thunderstorms along a slow moving front. Locally higher amounts cannot be ruled out.
