Shelby County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 925 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooded roadways in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing as 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
