* WHEN...From 3 AM CST /4 AM EST/ Friday to 9 AM CST /10 AM EST/
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 10 to 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure

Spray Warning, heavy freezing spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour
or greater expected, and may rapidly accumulate on vessels. For
the Small Craft Advisory, winds to 30 kt and significant waves
to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft expected.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 9 AM CST Friday. For the
Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 3 PM
