In Indiana, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties. * WHEN...From 3 AM CST /4 AM EST/ Friday to 9 AM CST /10 AM EST/ Saturday. * IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 to 30 minutes. For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, heavy freezing spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour or greater expected, and may rapidly accumulate on vessels. For the Small Craft Advisory, winds to 30 kt and significant waves to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft expected. * WHERE...Gary to Michigan City IN. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 9 AM CST Friday.
