* WHERE...Illinois River at Hardin.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flood Stage.  Lowland flooding of
unprotected agricultural land begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage on June 16.
It's peak so far has been 25.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will slowly rise over the coming days,
cresting near 25.8 feet early Wednesday afternoon. Additional
rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
