* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Roads and streets may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may be
clogged with debris, increasing the risk of flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1009 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory
area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Cicero, Bolingbrook, Oak Lawn,
