...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL FRIDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water is in the yards of some homes in the Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas, including Riverside Dr and Shorewood Dr. There are 3-4 inches of water over 77th Street in the Town of Wheatland. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 11.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
