Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will produce heavy rain this morning which may cause localized flash flooding. Winnebago County in north central Illinois... Lake IL County in northeastern Illinois... McHenry County in northeastern Illinois... * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 324 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms producing rainfall amounts in excess of one inch per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. One to two inches of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
