For the Cold Weather Advisory, from noon today to 9 AM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 10 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coldest wind chills are expected across interior portions of northern Illinois.
