* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will change rapidly in short
distances. Drivers should be remain vigilant, especially when
approaching low lying areas and areas adjacent to rivers, where fog
is likely to be more dense than outlying locations.
