* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas,
Bureau, Carroll, Henderson, Henry IL, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island,
Warren and Whiteside, Iowa, including the following areas, Benton,
Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jackson, Jefferson,
Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Lee, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van
Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the
following areas, Clark and Scotland.

* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through 10 AM Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A saturated atmosphere will result in rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
inches. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times are
expected. Localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are
possible (10-20% chance) in the Interstate 80 and Highway 30
corridors.
