Water affects lowland areas of the community center near Easton Blvd. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 5.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.1 feet late tonight.
