of 5 to 6 feet from 010 to 030 degrees at 11 to 12 seconds, may
produce moderate surges in north facing harbors, primarily at
Kahului and Hilo, tonight into Christmas day. Mariners using
these harbors should exercise caution when mooring or launching
vessels.
