For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft expected. * WHERE...All Southeast Georgia coastal waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL out to 60 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM to 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small Craft Advisory conditions this afternoon will quickly build to Gale Warning by this evening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. ...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM EST MONDAY... ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM EST MONDAY... * WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected. * WHERE...In Florida, Trout River County. In Georgia, Coastal Camden and Coastal Glynn Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures. Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
