At 1153 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of producing funnel clouds and waterspouts. This thunderstorm was located over Palm Valley, or 18 nm north of Saint Augustine, moving southeast at 5 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs, move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone onboard. &&
