For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, and south central and southwest Georgia. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM EST /5 PM CST/ this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 5 AM EST /4 AM CST/ to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
