gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft. For the Small Craft
Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt
and seas 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Northeast Florida coastal waters from Fernandina Beach
FL to Flagler Beach FL out to 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 10 AM EST this morning. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 1 PM EST
this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

as 22 expected. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 35
will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Northeast Coastal St.
Johns, Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Southeast
Coastal St. Johns, and Southern Inland St. Johns Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 8 AM EST Tuesday. For
the Frost Advisory, from 3 AM to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frost
could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants
may be killed if left uncovered.
