For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 5 to 9 feet, as high as 11 feet. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding expected around the evening high tide. * WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida Beaches. * WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, through Friday evening. For the High Surf Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Friday. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 5 PM to 11 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
