* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills between 20 and 30 degrees

* WHERE...Litchfield county in Connecticut, Berkshire county in
western Massachusetts, Bennington and Windham counties in southern
Vermont, and all of the Hudson Valley and Taconics in eastern New
York.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
