Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low water crossing may become flooded. Standing water is likely in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain associated with an atmospheric river will impact the region this weekend. 2-3" of rain is expected in the valleys during the watch period, with up to 6" in the coastal mountains. Area rivers, streams, and creeks that are prone to flooding could see rapid rises during and after heavy rainfall.
