Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 218 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
