Delano-Wasco-Shafter, Frazier Mountain Communities, Fresno-Clovis,

Area, Grapevine, Hanford - Corcoran - Lemoore, Indian Wells
Valley, Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge, Kern River Valley, Kings Canyon

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
counties, Kern and Tulare.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows
over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. River or stream
flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 218 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ridgecrest, Arvin, Rosamond, Tehachapi, California City,
Golden Hills, Weldon, South Lake Cdp, Squirrel Mountain
Valley, Bodfish, Onyx, Stallion Springs, Inyokern, China Lake
