* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Central Humboldt County in northwestern California...

* Until 1000 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 532 PM PST, law enforcement reports indicated minor flooding
is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected over
the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Highway 36
near Carlotta, Little River, and other low lying locations.

inches of rain have fallen today.

the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Jacoby
Creek, Elk River, Hookton Slough, and other low-lying areas
around Humboldt Bay.
