...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Humboldt County in northwestern California... * Until 1000 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 PM PST, law enforcement reports indicated minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...Highway 36 near Carlotta, Little River, and other low lying locations. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
