* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and very
rough waters.

* WHERE...San Pablo Bay, Suisun Bay, the West Delta and the San
Francisco Bay north of the Bay Bridge.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Up to 1.2 ft of inundation above ground level is
possible in low lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.

* WHERE...Bayshore locations along the San Francisco Bay and San
Pablo Bay.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Tuesday to 2 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At the San Francisco tidal gauge high
tide is expected to be 1.0 ft above normal (6.9 ft MLLW) at
10:18 AM Wednesday, 1.2 ft above normal (7.0 ft MLLW) at 10:58
AM Thursday, 1.1 ft above normal (7.0 ft MLLW) at 11:42 AM
Friday, and 0.9 ft above normal (6.7 ft MLLW) at 12:31 PM
Saturday. High tide timing varies up to 90 minutes earlier or
later along the coast and throughout the Bay respectfully.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Southerly winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE...The East Bay and San Francisco Bay Shoreline, North Bay
Interior Mountains and Valleys, The Santa Cruz Mountains, San
Francisco, and San Francisco Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated gusts to 55 mph possible along North
Bay coastal areas and ridgetops Wednesday morning as the cold
front passes through. Wind gusts may exceed 60 mph in the regions
higher peaks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the strongest winds,
and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use
caution if you must drive.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure loose outdoor objects that could be blown around or damaged
by the wind.
