...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following counties, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. * WHEN...Until 500 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Lompoc, Santa Ynez, Point Conception, Montecito, Nipomo, Solvang, Vandenberg Space Force Base, Los Alamos, Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park, Refugio State Beach, Orcutt, El Capitan State Beach, Isla Vista, Summerland, Goleta, Guadalupe, Buellton and Sisquoc. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
