Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 534 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.2 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pearblossom, Llano, Valyermo, Angeles Crest Highway between Mount Wilson and Mount Waterman and Angeles Crest Highway between Mount Waterman and Wrightwood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
