* WHERE...A portion of southern California, including the following
county, San Bernardino.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 137 PM PST, Heavy rain has ended across northeastern San
Bernardino County. However...minor flooding is ongoing due to
runoff which is affecting low water crossings and washes.
Additional rounds of rain remain possible this afternoon and
evening.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mitchell Caverns, Cima, Kelso, Baker, Hole In The Wall
Campground, Mid Hills Campground, Black Canyon Equestrian
Campground, Essex, Nipton And Ivanpah Roads, Mountain Pass,
Nipton and Sandy Valley.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 15 in California between mile markers 134 and 186.
Interstate 40 in California between mile markers 74 and 122.

county, San Bernardino and southern Nevada, including the
following county, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 124 PM PST, Heaviest rainfall has lifted north into
central Clark County but additional showers are redeveloping
along the Colorado River. Minor flooding is ongoing in the
advisory area. Additional rounds of rainfall are expected
this evening and overnight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bullhead City, Laughlin, Searchlight, Needles, Cal-Nev-Ari,
Cottonwood Cove Campground, Cottonwood Cove, Big Bend Rec
Area, Nipton Road Mile Marker 3, Highway 95 And I-40 and
Mohave Valley.

Interstate 15 in Nevada between mile markers 13 and 16.
