Winds will peak tonight into Friday. Strongest winds will occur on the coastal slopes and mountain foothills. Winds will weaken slightly and strongest winds will become more localized for this afternoon through Sunday with gusts 40 to 60 mph. * WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains. * WHEN...Until 1 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
