PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Flooding of low lying beach parking lots, boardwalks, and roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides peak around 6.2 to 6.5 feet from 8-10 PM PDT this evening and Thursday evening.
