...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 245 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms just northeast of Bisbee. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Gadwell Canyon, San Pedro River and Whitewater Draw. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bisbee. - This includes the following highways... Route 80 between mile markers 338 and 350. Route 92 near mile marker 355. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
