Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Jacks Canyon, Little Colorado River, Cottonwood Wash, Tucker Flat Wash, Clear Creek and Coyote Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winslow, Winslow-Lindbergh Regional Airport, Homolovi Ruins State Park, Bushman Acres, Clear Creek Reservoir, West Winslow, Coopertown Park, Standin' on the Corner Park, Winslow City Park, Sacred Heart Park and Northland Pioneer College. - This includes the following highways... Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. In north central Arizona, Black Mesa Area, Coconino Plateau, Eastern Mogollon Rim, Grand Canyon Country, Kaibab Plateau, Little Colorado River Valley in Coconino County, Marble and Glen Canyons, Northeast Plateaus and Mesas Hwy 264 Northward, Northeast Plateaus and Mesas South of Hwy 264 and Western Mogollon Rim. In northeast Arizona, Chinle Valley, Chuska Mountains and Defiance Plateau, Little Colorado River Valley in Apache County, Little Colorado River Valley in Navajo County and White Mountains.
