River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1106 AM MST, local law enforcement reported flooding in Brawley Wash at Manville Rd. Minor flooding is already occurring. - Brawley Wash at Manville Rd and Santa Cruz Wash at Sasco Rd are the most likely low water crossings to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Avra Valley and Picture Rocks. - This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
