Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller,
Nevada, Sevier and Union, Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto,
Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red
River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, southeast Oklahoma,
including the following county, McCurtain, and Texas, including
the following counties, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee,
Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola,
Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus,
Upshur and Wood.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 74.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 65.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:30 PM CDT Sunday was 74.4 feet.
- Forecast...The Ouachita River at Felsenthal is expected to
continue a slow fall through at least midweek. However,
additional rises are possible afterwards pending heavy
rainfall that falls Tuesday and Tuesday night across the
Ouachita River basin.
- Flood stage is 70.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
74.6 feet on 03/25/1992.
